Here, a dear friend of mine, but whom I haven't seen for several years. He is an incredible gentle-hearted man. I sat with him many mornings on a smoke deck, sipping coffees, the steam melting through brisk sunrise air. These particular moments are so vivid in my memory that I can still close my eyes and hear him telling me stories.
I asked him if I could take a photo of him to one day draw, so five years later, here we finally are.
