The overall image was created by piecing together reference images from both myself and the client. We gathered elements that she particularly loved- ferns, salall, stumps and overgrown forest grounds.
The aim was to create a dreamy west-coast forest scene- reminiscent of a favourite place for her- but soft in tone, with a very European-style flair.
This was truly a dream-inspired work, the greatest challenge lay in simply capturing a particular feel, rather than a distinct location. Thrilled with the end result, and looking forward to more of the like.
